Joy Zembruski is a licensed marriage and family therapist LMFT and professional clinical counselor LPCC, graduate of UCLA based in the beautiful coastal towns of Southern California. Joy's practice, TherapyJoyZ offers client-centered therapy specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, addictions, and cultural adaptation through the therapeutic tools of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
